Union Opposition

The diligence of our tenacious attorneys has molded Sullivan PC into one of the leading firms working with the industry to limit the damage done by union collective bargaining agreements and grievances. In one of the few instances in the past decade within its industry, a firm client was able to successfully withdraw recognition of a union and become a non-union business. The firm obtained the first written agreement with a very large union local permitting work by employees who are members of an out-of-jurisdiction local. Another recent achievement by the firm was obtaining a singular written agreement holding the client’s companies harmless from withdrawal & double breasting liability as part of the negotiation of a new labor agreement.
