Union Violence

Although it is the new millennium, it is still not unheard of that union locals illegally threaten companies with violence. A non-union client was faced with union thugs threatening employees with violence if they did not support the takeover of the company by the union. The matter escalated to the point of union “blockading” of projects and assault. The firm was able to work with the trustees of the local and national union executives to achieve a complete cessation of all union contact or interest in the client.
